Prompt Stuck on "Generating"
If your prompt has been in "Generating" status for a long time, try refreshing the My Prompts page. Generations occasionally take longer during high-traffic periods. If it remains stuck after 10 minutes, it may have failed — check if the status changed to "Failed" and try regenerating.
Credits Not Showing After Purchase
If you completed a purchase but your credit balance hasn't updated, try refreshing the page. If credits still don't appear after a few minutes, please contact support with your email and the time of purchase.
Email Notification Not Received
If you opted in for email notifications but didn't receive one, check your spam folder. Also make sure the email address on your account is correct. Notifications are only sent for completed generations.
Idea Not Appearing from Ideasies
If your idea didn't carry over from Ideasies, try logging out and back in, then revisit the Ideasies link. If the issue persists, contact support with your account email.
