Account Settings
You can access your account settings from the navigation menu. Here you can view your account details, manage your subscription, and update your information.
Changing Your Email
Your email address is tied to your account and is used for credit management and email notifications. If you need to change the email associated with your account, please contact support.
Account Roles
TellaPrompt uses two roles:
- User — Standard access to generate and manage prompts.
- Admin — Full access including account management and billing.
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from the Account Settings page. This action is permanent and will remove all your prompts, credits, and subscription information.
